Who are we?

We are not an organization. Some of us have never met. One is a pastor in rural Haiti. One is a former pastor now working with Miami International Seminary. One is a chicken farmer in Georgia, and some others are men and women who travelled to Haiti and fell in love with the country and it's people. I don't know when the idea started, or who's brain child it first was, but I first heard about it from my former pastor who has travelled many times to Haiti and is currently working with MINTS. He called me up on my chicken farm one day, and my heart was stirred. 25 years ago I spent 8 months in Haiti as a missionary mechanic with MAF, and I have never forgotten it. This project is not mine, I'm just a small part of it. I feel somewhat like Sisyphus pushing a rock up the mountain, hoping by God's grace it doesn't roll back down. I haven't met most of the people involved in this, though I hope to have met them all by the time this is done. What I do know is what Haiti is, what it needs, and the Godly men and women trying to see this one small part of those needs met. If you look up at the map above you will see an arrow pointing to Mombin Crochu in NE Haiti. There is a man of God there by the name of Fred. Look below and you will see some pictures of him and what he he's doing. I even gave him his own page to describe his work. This chicken farm isn't for him. It's for those he serves. He's an integral part of this story, and without him we wouldn't be doing this, but it's his love for his Lord and Savior and the orphans God has placed in his path that brought us to this point. I hope and pray that you will be driven by the same reasons to partner with us in this endeavor. Be it $1 or $1000 every piece will be forged into this project with the same respect and gratitude
